Counselling Services Now Offered Remotely During the COVID-19 Pandemic
I understand that this is a time of fear and confusion for most of us, and the uncertainty about the effects of Coronavirus may have a detrimental impact on our mental health. You may be noticing more feelings of anxiety, depression, loneliness, confusion, or fear for your personal safety or that of loved ones right now. These are all normal reactions, and having a safe space to process your feelings may be helpful.
I am still offering counselling services, but in the interest of safety of my clients and their families, and in following the directives of British Columbia health officials, I will be offering my services remotely until the threat of the Coronavirus has eased. This means phone counselling, and am working on finding a secure and reliable online platform as well.
I am still fully present to support my existing clients through this overwhelming and uncertain time, and welcome new clients as well.
